Arrive. Unwind. Indulge.

A place that does not ask anything of you

Three verbs, in order. That is the whole promise, and each home is arranged to deliver them one after another without you having to think about it.

Arrive

Entry is by code, sent the morning of your stay. There is no desk, no lockbox behind a planter, and nobody waiting to hand you a laminated sheet of rules.

The kitchen is stocked before you get there. Coffee, salt, olive oil, and enough in the refrigerator that you do not have to solve dinner on your first night.

Unwind

The living room faces away from the road, which sounds minor until you have spent a night somewhere that does not. Light comes in from two sides through most of the day.

Fast internet is there when you need it, and easy to forget when you do not. Blackout curtains in every bedroom, because a good stay is mostly a good night of sleep.

Indulge

A deep tub, good towels, and a shower with pressure that actually means something. Small things, chosen deliberately, because they are what people remember afterward.

We keep a short list of places nearby worth your evening. It is short on purpose, since a list of forty restaurants helps nobody make a decision.

Our Properties

Three homes in Seattle. Each one is the whole stay, not a room in it.

Availability

Every night is currently taken

We keep a small number of homes rather than a portfolio of them, so calendars fill early and stay that way.

Fully booked. Cancellations do happen.

Join the waitlist and you will hear first when a date opens, usually with a week or two of notice.
