The space

Entry: Keyless doors with smart appliances and smart shades.
Parking: Free street parking all day and night. If the spot in front of the house is taken, there is parking in abundance across the street and throughout the surrounding blocks. Bring the nice car.
Office: Equipped with dual monitors, ideal for professional work.
Coffee: A coffee maker and a Keurig machine for a quick cup.
Televisions: Two top of the line TVs with Netflix and Disney+. A 77 inch in the living room, a 55 inch in the bedroom.
Kitchen: A gas stove and a large deep sink, with a marble island and counter top.
Rooftop: A private deck with views of downtown, Mount Rainier, and Leschi and Madrona.
Transit: A bus stop a few feet outside the property runs to the core of downtown within ten to twenty minutes.
Airport: Eighteen minutes away by car, Uber, or Lyft.
Corner shop: Across the street, for a quick snack or drink.
On foot: Yesler Terrace Park, Yesler Grocery, local cafés including The Usual and Cafe Calaveras, and the Garfield running track. Easy access to downtown and the International District.
The waterfront: Fifteen minutes on foot to Madrona Park Beach and the continuation of Lake Washington Boulevard, lined with restaurants by the water.
By bike: A short ride reaches Pike Place, the Amazon Spheres, Chihuly Garden and Glass, the Space Needle, Volunteer Park, South Lake Union, and Madison Park Beach.
Parks: Plenty of them around the area. The closest is two minutes away on Yesler.

Guest access

You have the entire main house for your stay. The house is divided into two units, each with its own private entrance, sharing a main door the way an apartment building shares a corridor.
